I-80 June 15 Agenda and Format
Because of all the rain we have received, obviously we have not been able to
have very many races. Therefore, this Sunday is going to be run a little
differently so please be patient with us.
Our IMCA crate late models will be running 1 heat race and double features.
One race will be lined-up from the heat races that were completed at the
Alphabet Soup Race. The second will be lined-up by 1 heat race. There will
also be a 10 minute time limit on these races.
Our Sport Compacts will have 1 heat (depending on the car count) consisting
of 6 laps with a 6 minute time limit (again, depending on the car count).
The top 12 of the top 15 cars will be inverted. The heat race will also pay.
The winner will get a $25 gift card from Cubbys. Also, the 5th place, 10th
place, 20th place will receive a $10 gift card. The feature will consist of
12 laps with a 10 minute time limit.
Also, we are adding the Pro Am class which will run 2 "A" features and no
heat races. These are not point races. Line-ups will be off of a draw. Both
features will also have a 10 minute time limit.
If there are 4 yellows in any of these classes, the race will be finished.
Also, laps and races will vary depending on the car count.
B Mods, IMCA A Mods, and SLMR will run a regular schedule heat race and
feature this week.
